About Dr. Emily Clough

I'm a social scientist working on #climatechange and tech at the Ada Lovelace Institute. I like numbers, but I know they aren't always the right tool for the job. When I'm not in a climate-related anxiety meltdown, I garden, play fiddle and mess around with vintage sewing machines.

I'm also a recovering academic, until recently a Senior Lecturer in Politics at Newcastle University.
